Against our better judgement, we tried and failed yet again to replace the almighty egg. Word to the wise… do not try this at home.

So we were feeling a little sassy this morning and decided to throw all caution to the wind… Only to come back to the inevitable conclusion that THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT. But hey, what is the harm in trying?
Ener-G Egg Replacer is good as a minor ingredient — like a binder, but definitely not as the featured star of the show.
I’m gonna go out on a limb here and tell you that I actually find the finished product attractive to look at. I mean, I wasn’t actually there to taste the attempt at egg replacement but it LOOKS good:)
